We are delighted to announce that the Fine Dining Industry Rewards Group (FDRG) has partnered with Red House International to manage their annual survey – using RHI’s fully customised platform ‘RewardHub’.
The FDRG survey includes data for multiple compensation & benefits components and in depth analysis covering over 45 hotels and 20 upscale restaurant chains. Leading hotels and fine dining restaurants in the UK use the survey results to benchmark and ensure their pay and HR programmes to ensure they remain competitive in the industry.
