Red House International is delighted to have been awarded the ongoing management of the Hotel Industry Rewards Group (HIRG) EMEA survey, for 49 companies operating across 49 countries.
The project includes:
- Operating the closed salary and benefits surveys for 2,300+ hotels and 300,000+ incumbents across Europe, Middle East and Africa;
- Providing accurate, up-to-date information to member firms regarding trends in total rewards, through reports, surveys and studies;
- Growing survey participation in designated locations;
- Creating an environment for peer to peer networking across the Hotel Industry in the Reward field, including via the annual conference.
The project team is comprised of consultants who have significant experience working both with the HIRG EMEA group and in the broader hospitality industry. Andrew MacLeod leads the team, supported by Victoria Laidler and Judi Craig, who provide specialist C&B and industry experience. [Updated Mar-20] We are also pleased to welcome Jasveen Sethi back in the role of project manager, working with members on the day-to-day survey cycle.
