Meet the team: Judi Craig

Judi Craig

Judi is a certified Global Compensation Professional with a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years’ global reward experience in both public and privately held hospitality companies.

Judi began her career at Hay Management Consultants, managing the Reward Survey team. She subsequently moved to an HR role in the banking industry, where she was responsible for HRMS and the Compensation function. During her long career with Fairmont/FRHI Hotels and Resorts, now AccorHotels, Judi held a variety of global Compensation & Benefit roles, culminating in her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Compensation & Benefits for Luxury, North and Central America hotels.

Throughout her career Judi led many global reward and HRMS change initiatives, which involved developing design specifications, product sourcing, training, transition, implementation and change management. She was a key member of the reorganisation/ integration teams through a number of acquisitions and reorganizations and has developed an expertise in M&A and integrations, including HR due diligence and audits.

Judi chaired the DB, DC, 401k, and International pension plan committees for FRHI and continues as the Chair of the Trustees for the Savoy Hotel and Canadian Pacific Companies Europe pension schemes.

Judi believes that

and that rewards programs must align with a business strategy – and be well understood at all levels – in order to produce exceptional results.

Judi’s home base is Toronto, though she loves to travel and explore all corners of the world.
