Victoria is a reward and generalist HR professional with extensive consulting and in-house experience. She began her career in reward consulting in London at Korn Ferry Hay Group, managing job evaluation/ mapping, data collection and cleaning for the General Industry, FMCG and Retail industries. She then moved to Aon, where she project managed the Hotel Industry Reward Group annual survey and networking conference, covering 40+ countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Victoria latterly moved to Dubai to work with the Reward and HR teams of global hotel groups including Accor, FRHI and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. In her most recent role as Director of Compensation & Benefits for Accor MEA, Victoria had responsibility for over 200 hotels across 11 countries, and provided M&A and integration support to the MEA regional offices during FRHI’s acquisition by Accor.
Victoria holds a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University, in addition to being certified in PRINCE2 and Advanced Compensation & Benefits.
Having experienced both the consulting and in-house sides of HR, Victoria likes to “geek-out” over Excel and online software, developing tools and processes to reduce the transactional elements of HR.
