In these challenging times for the hospitality and travel industries, we are delighted to welcome Jasveen Sethi to the RHI team. In her role as Senior Reward Consultant, Jasveen will project manage the EMEA hotel industry reward group (HIRG) – supporting 49 hotel organisations across 49 countries – as well as providing ad hoc analysis and consulting support. She is based in Melbourne and will offer invaluable live-time support to RHI clients around the globe.
Jasveen has over 8 years’ experience managing market data surveys, network groups and advisory projects. She uses her well-developed analytical skills to review remuneration and benefit practices across organisations, and has assisted companies with their overall pay positioning and job evaluation/ levelling projects. She has particular experience in market benchmarking, incentive plan design, gender pay analysis, employee engagement and workforce analytics.
In her most recent role as Reward Consultant within Aon’s Reward practice, Jasveen project managed the HIRG EMEA survey and the Engineering & Construction study for Australia. Jasveen holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University and an MSc in Business Analytics: Operational Research and Risk Analysis from University of Manchester.
In her free time, Jasveen likes to garden and play board games.
