Daniel is a compensation & benefits and corporate HR professional with over 12 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and hospitality industries across Europe and the Middle East. In his most recent role, leading the reward function for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, Daniel was responsible for the remuneration strategy and execution for 23 luxury hotels and corporate offices with over 10,000 employees globally.
Daniel’s areas of expertise include organisational design, global grading, compensation structure development, incentive and pension plan design, pre-opening support and international mobility.

Daniel studied Business Law at HTW Berlin, University of Applied Sciences and holds a degree in Business Law (HR Management & Labour Law). He is now based out of Berlin, Germany, but can often be found revisiting the sunshine and supporting clients across Dubai and the Middle East.
