Delegates from 6 global hotel companies joined RHI at this year’s Hotel Industry Compensation Survey (HICS) CALA Conference.
The conference was held in-person for the first time since the pandemic, at the Royalton Riviera in Cancun, over 3 days in October.
Analytics included a deep-dive into CPI and salary increase data, workforce structures and regional salaries, allowances and benefits. Attendees joined daily breakout and networking sessions, discussing topics ranging from evolving job structures and attraction/retention challenges, to expat management and home working.
The sessions finished each day with drinks and dinner, allowing attendees to network with old friends and colleagues.
The Hotel Industry Compensation Survey conducts the most comprehensive hospitality industry reward survey for the CALA region available in the market.
