More than 30 attendees joined RHI at this year’s Hotel Industry Rewards Group (HIRG) EMEA Annual Conference.
The conference was held in-person for the first time since the pandemic, at the Sofitel Wafi in Dubai, over 2 days in September.
Topics included a deep-dive into CPI and increase data, workforce structures and changes to salaries, allowances and benefits. Philip Wooller, Area Director Middle East & Africa at STR, shared additional operational insights in “The Road to Recovery”
Attendees joined daily breakout and networking sessions, discussing topics ranging from evolving job structures and attraction and retention challenges, to expat management and home working.
The sessions finished each day with drinks and dinner, allowing attendees to network with old friends and colleagues.
