Judi is a certified Global Compensation Professional with a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years’ experience in both public and privately held hospitality companies around the globe. Her most recent role was as Senior Vice President, Compensation & Benefits for Luxury, North and Central America hotels for AccorHotels.
Throughout her career, Judi has been an integral part of a number of organizational change initiatives and has developed an expertise in mergers, acquisitions and integrations. She is an influencer and excellent communicator, which has led to success in setting in motion and moving an agenda forward.
Judi believes whole-heartedly that rewards programs must align with a business strategy, and be well understood at all levels, in order to produce exceptional results. She says “Reward design is equal parts art, science, knowledge and experience.”
Judi’s home base is Toronto, though she loves to travel and explore all corners of the world.
