In these challenging times for the hospitality and travel industries, we are delighted to welcome Shivani Sachdeva to the RHI team. In her role as Reward Consultant, Shivani will support the airline industry network group, as well as work on global gender pay reporting projects. She is based in Frankfurt and will offer invaluable live-time support to RHI clients around the globe.
Shivani is a reward professional with 11 years of experience in compensation consulting and managing teams engaged in consulting operations, supporting survey management, benchmarking studies and research. She has held various roles at AON and most recently worked as a Senior Manager in a compensation consulting division, providing advisory services to companies with Board, Executive, Exempt and Non-Exempt compensation for U.S. and Global markets.
Shivani has worked on reward projects including Pay Trends for CXOs by Industry, difference between Executive and Board pay for Private Vs. Public Organizations, Stock ownership guidelines, Gender Pay etc. In addition, she has delivered several regression-based benchmarking/market pricing reports for U.S. based companies across General industry and Financial Services.
Shivani holds a master’s degree in Economics and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified from Project Management Institute, U.S. She loves travelling and is currently learning German.
