Vincent Cornet, with his 30 years’ experience in Reward and HR Advisories, will be a valuable addition to Red House International’s team. He most recently led Aon’s Total Reward consulting practice for France. In the role of EMEA Rewards Practice Leader, he led and managed global projects bound to global remuneration, employee savings and employee shareholding, including merger plans.
Before working with Aon, Vincent spent seven years at Altedia, and prior to that was the SVP Talent Manager including Compensation of Promodès, then Carrefour. At Carrefour, he led an ESOP plan for 340,000 employees around the world. Vincent began his career in compensation consulting as Vice-President, Business Development and Managing Director of Hewitt Associates in France.
Vincent’s areas of expertise include: LTI for large groups, advisor for Compensation Committees of listed and non-listed companies, design of incentive and retirement plans, gender pay, sales compensation, job grading, M&A integration and compensation and benefits communication.
He is a company director of Comp Advisory and Red House International’s lead associate partner in France.
Vincent studied at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and is based out of Paris
