The sun shone down in Frankfurt for the 2023 Hotel Industry Rewards Group EMEA Conference.
More than 30 HR & Reward professionals from 20+ hospitality companies joined us to review trends in compensation and benefits, and to roundtable topics such as cost of living, hyperinflation, wellbeing in the workplace, flexible working and the EU pay transparency directive.
September’s 3-day conference finished with a boat ride and walking tour, as well as dinner and networking with old friends and colleagues.
