The Hotel Industry Compensation Survey (HICS) CALA received the star treatment at Planet Hollywood Cancun when hosting their annual conference in October.
Attendees from global and regional hotel companies joined us to review trends in compensation & benefits, and to roundtable hot topics such as cost of living, inflation and flexible working. For this year only, the Steering Committee invited Affiliate and potential members to attend specific, high-value sections of the conference, virtually.
