Over 20 attendees from 7 global and regional hotel companies joined us – in Cape Town on 31 October and Johannesburg on 1 November – to:
- Review high-level African regional and global trends in the hospitality industry.
- Roundtable key challenges and strategies with regional and local counterparts.
- Understand the HIRG EMEA group membership, survey structure and reporting capabilities.
