The Hotel Industry Compensation Survey (HICS) CALA hosted their annual conference at the beautiful Dreams Vista Cancun in October.
20 attendees from 8 global and regional hotel companies joined us to review trends in compensation & benefits, and to roundtable hot topics such as inflation, hybrid working, and attraction and retention.
